Community Events

Participating in community life has always been a big part of what we do at Recreational Services.

As ‘employed parks custodians’, we enjoy regular professional interaction with the public, and make the most of any chance to volunteer our support and resources to the community.

Each year we provide sponsorship to junior sports teams and clubs. We also provide our free BBQ trailer, marquee and trucks for various community events.

We make time for environmental education opportunities through schools and other groups, and our team also provides their time to help with community plantings.
